My friend opined that the 'shiny new fallacy' is used by some modern Christians that reason that he/she can define the bible and biblical theology in a superior way than did the biblical authors.

A mistake being that humanity is still sinful and that in contrast, the biblical writers were inspired by the Holy Spirit, within the Trinity, to write inerrant scripture.

Earlier this year, in a Windows 10 update, Microsoft deleted their own software for my Microsoft Lifecam HD 3000 webcam, from my laptop's hard drive. No replacement software was sent to me. The webcam now relegated to social media websites with webcam software. Thanks, Microsoft. Overall, Microsoft with an operating system, is helpful, but not in this case.
