I just caught the end of similar statistics on KOMO Seattle news.

I have opined that the way some people drive in the Lower Mainland, that there are various impairments. Regardless of one's views for or against legalization with various substances, it should not be too much of a surprise that there is a significant cost to increased legal access to (potentially, at least) mind-altering substances within the context of driving motor vehicles. If it is legal to use...well, one still needs to drive afterwards. (Is the unwise thinking in many cases). |
