• Documented opinions, facts and history are vital. They need to be available to the public. To see the past, with both the good and bad, in human history, humanly speaking.

• (Not to exclude human history from biblical review)

• The universal sinful human nature (Romans, as example), often leads to a failure to see that modern humanity repeats similar moral, ethical and philosophical mistakes as earlier humanity. But, to use your (Facebook friend) good example, packaged differently.
