I am glad we have our priorities here in Canada. I mean the United States of America does not produce enough quality players to stock their 24 clubs, so it is absolutely essential Canada help America win the Stanley Cup every year. 'It is good for the game.' We need to boost US television rating for the playoffs. It bothers me very deeply if some guy in Alabama, eating hot dogs, dining in front of the tube, does not watch the Stanley Cup playoffs. I think the type of misconception from this map often arises when people just consider Western Europe. Eastern Europe, including the Ukraine and western Turkey and the historical European parts of Russia need to be included.

Those in Christ are saved by grace through faith for good works, in Christ (Ephesians 1-2), therefore, even those good works in Christ are first caused by God. People are merely a secondary cause. A finite and sinful one is this realm, guided by the Holy Spirit. This is again Reformed, compatibilism and theology.
Regardless, of one's good works in Christ, relative to another in Christ, the Christian should not be concerned about what someone else receives. One should view any rewards for good works as being the benefits of salvation.
