Perrier Delivery Boy
Not really a local Walmart fan. For several reasons. Tight parking, with a SUV sometimes causing me to play 'plastic man' getting in and out of the vehicle, being harassed for change, and inside, the service around the store is not very helpful although the tellers are fine. Bonus, the 'phantom' smells that certain people release while walking the aisles provide a valuable other use for the pandemic masks.
However, I was walking back home from a meeting in downtown Maple Ridge, this afternoon, I realized I needed more Perrier and Walmart often has good deals on Perrier.
Three dollars a box. I walked two blocks of Perrier, that is 60 cans from Walmart in downtown Maple Ridge, 224th street to my condominium on 225th street near the Fraser River.
Another crazy walking story...

Stating all you need is Jesus, is not the same as stating, all that you need is in Jesus Christ
Philosophically and theologically, stating all you need is Jesus, is not the same as stating, all that you need is in Jesus Christ.

If all you need is God/Jesus works as advice for people with a desire unfulfilled, a need unsatisfied, why does it not suffice for the people that have a desire fulfilled and need satisficed?Monday, December 06, 2021

Not for me...
Image one: Facebook, That ain't right, November 29, 2021
Not for me...My low carb, low sugar diet would allow me to eat the beef and maybe one cookie.
It is amazing to me that as the guy nicknamed the Kingpin (like the Marvel villain, but with hair) by Mr. Bobby Buff, I have never been motivated to attempt eating that decadently and I am also turned off by eating competitions.

1 Billion from Quebec government for the Nordiques?
Well, that would solve many of the Quebec is too small of a market objections. That 1 billion is not including potential corporate support and ownership of the franchise. Plus a newish arena already exists.

Brief Monday Images: Contrary opinion
Image B: I have studied psychology as a hobby for several years. I subscribed to that gentleman's related You Tube channel last week and that question came up tonight.
I do think, based on my years of studying psychology as a hobby, that this poll indicates that many men are not that interested in intellectual women, or highly intelligent women. My contrary opinion has me in the minority.

Short Tuesday Bullets
• I can sort of relate to the image...
• Friday, January 05, 2018 It's a miracle? (PhD Edit)
• A friend of mine today on Zoom, Sir Robin from Florida (originally England), a history teacher, told me (paraphrased) that I cannot help but state complex things when I teach philosophy of religion, because philosophy of religion has significant complexity.
• Sir Robin stated that I do not make something more complex than it needs to be.
• Complexity is a problem for anyone in complex academic fields, whether science, psychology, philosophy, theology, etcetera that attempts to explain his/her findings and views.
• The gospel here within a Christian worldview assists in particular...
• Ideas should be presented in both love and truth.
• New American Standard Bible (NASB)
• John 13:34-35 34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another. 35 By this all men will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.”Tuesday, October 26, 2021
These three friends' reactions, crack me up/I can cook better than this...

Bullet Tuesday: He is even weirder than you (quote)
Photo: Discover Ireland CA Dublin, Facebook
• Dublin is one of my favourite cities to visit, both clean and historical.
• Zoom last Saturday evening (Paraphrased)
• The Rage: Yea my friend, he is even weirder than you. (To me)
• (If by weirder you mean, a Christian theologian and philosopher of religion that does not simply accept all secular, societal standards...agreed)
• Michael: (Laughs)
• The Rage: Yea, he is looking for a potential wife in the Philippines.
• Me: (Laughs) I am not interested. You know, I saw a documentary on that years ago. The man was like 70+ years old and Caucasian living in the Philippines with his Filipina wife, in her 20s or 30s. She was like his servant. (He sat in his chair waiting for her to serve him)
• The Rage: Well, I can pass on his information, if you like.
• Me: No thanks. With my diet and my level of exercise, I think, God willing, I can be as in a good as shape at 80, as now roughly. Roughly in is as good as shape as a much younger woman. (Or youthful woman, if closer in age)
• Me: Yes, I will probably be dead at 90, but I am interested in career women, and they will not be dependent on me for income, and vice-versa.
• Me: I am not interested in paying thousands of dollars to try to interact with people from a vastly different culture and I need spiritual and intellectual compatibility, not a servant or like.

Friday Bullets: Receiving Facebook Badges/Living in Peace/China
• It has been a very busy last few weeks for me with work and potential more work. A lot of time on the computer.
• Much eye strain...
• But, Facebook to the rescue, handing out badges.
• My former secondary school friend, now living in Norway, Arne, sent me that first image today. He received a Facebook badge. • I find this type of promotion from Facebook amusing. Yes, technically it is a Business Page, but I am presenting my academic work from my Blogger website on the page.
