| I lost a British PhD appointment for not conforming to the views of the academy. My scheduled and supportive, tutor, was away for a year. By God's grace, I moved on to somewhere in the United Kingdom more open-minded. |

| I personally would not imply a negative critique of immigrants, nor would I desire to be understood to be doing so. I support legal immigration and do not expect immigrants to have the exact same values as current citizens. But, I do not think Mr. Cherry should have been fired for exercising his freedom of speech, which upset many people that heard him. Being upset should not cancel the freedom of speech of others. Freedom of speech should be prohibited when it negates law and order (Romans 13 on law and order). I suppose it can be stated that Mr. Trudeau repented and Mr. Cherry did not, at least not fully... |
