•BBC News June 28 2017 Chucky posted this link on Facebook.
•Since switching cable from Shaw to Telus, I now can watch Fox News, besides CNN, BBC and other. Tucker Carlson Tonight on Fox, provides the narrative that there is a radical, fascist left today in the United States and the United Kingdom. This radical left is in particular within some American colleges and Universities, which are stated to have intolerant millennial students being influenced by leftist professors. There are some examples documented and shown by Fox News that do demonstrate a lack of intellectual toleration on campus.
•I of course went through this losing my PhD appointment at the University of Manchester and then moving to the University of Wales, for MPhil and PhD degrees. I faced academic bias that could be considered from a liberal, secular view.
•I have British friends, in person and on Facebook that opine at times that President Donald Trump and the Republicans have fascist leanings.
•Who are fascists? According to British philosopher, Blackburn: Fascism entails; nationalism, hostility to ideals of equality, hatred of minorities, degenerates and deviants, elitism, hostility toward the ideas of liberalism, and opposition to the freedom of expression, the cult of the charismatic leader, the destiny of race, political symbolism, the need for energy and struggle, the need for human action as influence. (136).
•The radical left wing academics may be intolerant at times, but are not generally nationalistic, they do support aspects of equality and are not generally against minorities, degenerates and deviants. They also support certain ideas of liberalism. President Donald Trump and the Republicans, certainly support many aspects of freedom and have criticized the elites. Seems to me, neither group is classically fascist, therefore, if either or both groups have neo-fascist aspects that would have to be debated.
•As I have mentioned both in offline and online in regard to politics, there is a radical left and radical right and any Christians in either group, should repent and seek a more gospel focused approach to life and politics.
•'Krazy' day for me. RMH called me to let me know they were ready to ask the Red Cross to move in Mother's new supplies for the return of the Boss. But not into her bedroom as was expected, no, in the living room/den. Well, I had not been told for certain it would be the living room/den. I was expecting her bedroom to be changed. I will have to have a friend assist me move her bed out, because she needs a hospital bed, and a new lift. But with the move taking place in the living room/den, a hospital bed will eliminate the room socially for watching television other than for Mother. The sofa needs to be moved out, into her bedroom.
•My loft therefore becomes the new den, where I can invite friends over and watch television. The loft is our social area, but in the past, if we watched television, it would be downstairs. Thankfully, by God's grace, I had a notion I needed to have an upstairs television as an option, so when I switched my cable provider to Telus, I had Telus set up the loft set up for television. I just had to purchase a new television, which I did today. When I was installing the television stand, the guide on the television broke and fell inside the television. I took it back to the dealer and the salesperson assisted with the completion and stated it was no problem.
•The Telus technician and myself, had created quite a 'nest' of chords. I had to move furniture to correct, today. This photo below shows a nest half the size that existed. This is just the chords that no longer belong.
•Chucky stated the other day while looking at the Facebook mobile, 'Search' application, that when he types in a letter of the alphabet, the 'sl***' and 'wh****' have been cleaned up. I stated, I agreed, and it had taken a couple of years. By the way, I told Chuckins about the application, in the first place.
•Facebook cleaning out the trash leaves more room for my high quality female stalkers to reappear on the application.
•I receive Facebook messages from women daily. I am not interested in playing, the 'Where do you live?', 'How old are you?', 'Are you married?', boring game. Not investigating where I live shows intellectual laziness and that the young woman probably noted that I have a PhD and thinks that the sinful and classic potential sex for potential $$$ ploy might entice me. No thanks! I need someone that I could discuss Reformed theology with and philosophy of religion. I think that would be God's will for me, if someone was a right person. A problem is limiting such a rare person, today, to within 5 years of age of me is philosophically absurd!
•According to the Dalrock blog, (paraphrased) Christian, young women, due to feministic influences, such as career and a market value dating theory, will in their early 20's reject numerous men, that were possibly or potentially good husbands. Market value dating gives young women the highest market value and therefore, a young woman is informed by western society that she should be choosy and play the field and pick someone suitable at a later age rather than in her early twenties. Perhaps in her early to mid 30's.
•From my Reformed theological perspective this is highly problematic. This approach assumes there is no reasonable way that God would will that a Christian young woman could meet a good potential husband, perhaps the best one, at an early age where she is more immature. This approach omits the concept that God could use an evolving relationship to mature the young woman in order that she would be ready for marriage, when initially she felt this was not reasonable. Therefore, the young woman is left with following a heavily, secular influenced system and placing God in a relationship, marriage box that God would not put the man into her life, until she is ready, assuming that is not in her early twenties. It assumes that by the Holy Spirit a very young woman would not be evolved into a ready person at early adulthood. Yet this certainly occurred in earlier eras...
•Market value dating is unbiblical because it is more concerned with the desires of finite, sinful persons (universal humanity, Romans, Galatians) that supposedly deserve someone of equal social and physical value. This opposed to pursuing someone in Christ, of the opposite sex, that is not aged and can partake in producing a family. It is not concerned with a biblical standard of mutual spiritual, intellectual and romantic attraction in Jesus Christ.
