Oh, that makes sense. One never knows with all the false teaching and cults around today...(Matthew 23-24)
iTunes update
My plan for four main 'equal' iTunes sections is working. I started with CDs in 1989. Classical: 654 tracks, 2.1 days, Jazz Rock: 637 tracks, 3 days, Rush: 610 tracks, 3.1 days, Rock (Progressive & Art): 763 tracks, 2.9 days, Folk, Jazz, Spoken & Audio: 65 tracks, 4+ hours
Sorry 'fundis' no worship music added. An online pastor I listen to opines that we like what we listen to and are conditioned. Therefore, 'only listen to worship music' is the implication. But a problem with that opine, in my case, is as a 'wee little one' I assuredly heard church worship music first or close to it, but no 'dice', for the most part. I reason we are indeed conditioned and like music most according to our nature. Pretty Reformed.
I really like Vivaldi as a favourite, and as well equally like the later larger orchestrations of Brahms, Stravinsky, Wagner. I find classical effects me in a more reflective, historical context; jazz-rock and innovative rock in a more motivational and energetic thinking way. I had built up some Dvorak Symphony No 9: New World snippets. But this week I downloaded two full performances from You Tube. Free? That would be a joke, with what I pay Telus....Plus over the years I have purchased software to translate audio.
Two excellent versions, one Berlin PO, Karajan (1964), the other Munich PO (1991). #classical #dvorak #rush #jazzrock Howard James Bartel
