Today was the first female friend tour of the 'new place'.
I received a very good review from my neighbour and friend, Mrs. Buff, accompanied by Mr. Bobby Buff, that had separately assisted with much of the clean-up work.
I also received some tablecloth tips from Mrs. Buff.
So, based on my professional renovations, and my checking on the internet, I can reason that my new renovations and clean-up are female friendly...
That means I passed.
There are more smaller condominium projects to chip away at over time. But this place is party friendly.
I am looking forward to watching some of the Stanley Cup Playoffs in the warmer Spring season downstairs in the 'new' living room as it becomes quite warm up here in the loft that time of year. I would watch the UEFA Champions League Final in the living room as well, but it has exited my cable package...
I received bonus points for hiding my academic library in the closet (storage room), out of the loft, living area. Brilliant idea by God's grace.
