• Me: (Paraphrased) Thank you. Yes, continued results from sleep apnea related surgeries.
(Actually, over the last ten years, I have been losing size, more so than weight.)
• Acquaintance friend that The Rage states is the (paraphrased) classic beta male: Have you been working out?
• Me: (Paraphrased): I have worked out since I was about four years old. As I told you before.
• Basically, when you have a kingpin build, until you are (in my case) 5 foot 10, 180 pounds, you have basically never worked out, according to many. Well, common sense and nurses related to my sleep apnea treatments informed me differently.
• I reason my acquaintance friend meant well and I do tease him endlessly for being a compliant Mennonite that has to report his daily activities to Mennonite authorities. By the way, I am a member of a Mennonite Brethren Church (two actually).

Yes sir...
DeleteEnglish Standard Version
ReplyDeleteThey went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, that it might become plain that they all are not of us.
1 John 2:19
I am not implying that backsliding is always apostasy.
Further, I have nothing against, personally any group or any persons of a worldview. Noting Harris here as someone that may very well be an ex-Christian now and his replacement worldview; I am not, repeat not, against people of any non-Christian worldview. This is an intellectual point. Anyone that knows me well, personally or even via online will know this...
ReplyDeleteMy willingness to philosophically engage with other worldviews actually shows bravery in faith and not any phobia. So, I will save you time... God bless!
