No definitive judgement here, but what I heard

Overheard today via mobile phone (paraphrased) from a friend:

X: My friend Y told me not to stay at a hotel in Maple Ridge, because the hotels there are filled with drug addicts.

X: I will probably stay in Langley; Pitt Meadows is a possibility.

No definitive judgement here, but what I heard.

I am also not deducing or stating that all (local or universal) homeless are drug addicts.

Any solution to this problem (these problems) will be tricky. May God help, Maple Ridge. At our complex here we have also recently faced more intense bin-diving, including the theft of recycling containers. Months ago, the Strata President and myself made a trip to a tent city to reclaim one of the containers from a security guard, outside of the compound.

A few weeks ago there was a 'panted bum' (thankfully, 'panted'!) sticking out of the locked main trash bin, and when I unlocked and opened the lid and placed non-recyclable trash inside, the gentleman left...
