ReplyDeleteLong enough to have annoying but useful (pageviews) spammers, mysterious and sometimes attractive stalkers/lurkers that an Aunt is concerned about. Loyal, local and worldwide friends that contribute with the blog content at times, and now I am on You Tube, but I am not going to subject myself to comment abuse on there... that is guaranteed. I have seen attractive women on there sing songs and being criticized harshly as they do not have teeth like supermodels etc.. I do not need, nor will I tolerate that kind of nonsense.
Not to mention just the controversy of my kind of sites.

Something that someone creates that allows people(can include the artist himself) to think great thoughts or feel great feelings.
The nice thing is, this allows you to rank art according to it's quality, although the method and purpose of the ranking is individually determined. As an aside, I don't believe this means that the number of essays on a piece determines it's artistic value, in fact, perhaps, the opposite, since if I need an essay to explain why a piece of art is "good" or significant, the art itself probably isn't doing it's job (inspiring the thought or feeling).
