The GTHA area could definitely support another billion dollar+ club, it seems to me. Montreal as well...yes the Montreal Maroons or Montreal Wanderers.
Pretty much every Canadian team would have a higher value, if they were more successful. Considering the small size of the markets and the lack of success, Ottawa-Winnipeg are doing well value-wise.
